Meet Beth: I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has practiced psychotherapy since 2005. I received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a graduate degree from Antioch University in Los Angeles. I utilize psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to increase awareness. I will help you actively change self-defeating thoughts and take positive steps toward creating what you desire. I encourage clients to relate to themselves more compassionately while learning how to manage anxiety and depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues, stress and anger.

What drew me to this work: I have long held an interest in psychology and healing, but it was my personal experience with meditation and therapy that led me to pursue a career in empowering others to achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives. I believe each individual possesses the inner strength and resources necessary to achieve self-fulfillment and that there are times when we may need extra support and guidance in order to access it.
