I truly believe in Evergreen’s mission to help people heal. I'm also passionate about ending the stigma around mental health, so it felt like a great fit.

My favorite part is definitely the team. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. You truly have something amazing at Evergreen.
How I spend my free time
I love sailing - My heart is with the sea. I also enjoy walking - meditation in motion. For me, movement is medicine. Another favorite is cooking dinners from scratch and teaching my son about nutrition along the way.

Top personal growth resources
I am always trying to grow and learn, because I am never a finished product. I read self-help books. My last read was The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk. I also read articles on health and nutrition. I have five therapists in my life, including my best friend and my daughter, so they keep me grounded and offer amazing advice.
