About Us
We are a growing network of mental health clinics united by a shared mission: to make high-quality, trauma-informed care accessible to all. Across our four locations, we provide affordable, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals, couples, and families find relief from suffering, break cycles of trauma, and create lasting change.
Our clinicians bring diverse training, skill sets, and lived experiences, allowing us to meet clients with authenticity, inclusivity, and compassion. We offer both in-person and virtual care, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.
At the heart of our work is the belief that healing is possible. We honor the courage it takes to seek therapy and are committed to building safe, collaborative, and equitable spaces where both clients and clinicians can grow, connect, and thrive.
About The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Strategy & Growth Manager to lead the next chapter of our marketing evolution—one rooted in purpose, creativity, and measurable growth.
This role serves as the central marketing function for a growing network of mental health clinics, driving both digital visibility and community engagement. You’ll strategize, execute, and continuously refine multi-channel marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, attract new clients, and strengthen referral partnerships.
While you’ll have support from a remote contractor for specific deliverables, this role is hands-on—ideal for someone who enjoys both the big-picture strategy and the day-to-day execution that brings it to life. The right person will be equally comfortable developing campaigns, managing budgets, and interpreting results to guide future action.
We anticipate this role will begin as a part-time or contract engagement, with the opportunity to expand or evolve into a full-time leadership position for the right fit.
