All parts of you are welcome here. My goal in therapy is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you to exactly where you want to be. I believe that you are the expert in your life – even if you feel doubt, stuck, or defeated. Why I do this work

My experience in this field started in my personal life - through my own health journey and recovery from complex relational trauma. I believe this gives me an empathic super power in this work! My formal education is in both psychology and social work, and I have worked in direct practice, social policy, and program management. I have a well-rounded understanding of diverse issues and demographics - from working in psychiatric hospital settings, dialysis medical clinics, residential programs, and mental health crisis units. My trainings are in both Eastern and Western modalities, and I’ve crafted my own holistic, evidence based, style of healing through the use of EMDR. I hold certification in trauma sensitive yoga and somatic techniques, and teach mindfulness and meditation practices in my community. I pride myself in offering gender affirming care, am a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), and identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community! I love working with couples in non-traditional relationships including ENM. Inclusion and differences make us special. I look forward to getting to know who you are!

The best part of my job

The best part of my job, is helping others realize that they are not alone and they do not have to suffer alone. Magic can happen when people feel supported and cared for, and I often find that this has a domino effect into the world.

How I spend my free time

Trying new cuisine, traveling, spending time in the sunshine, reading, puzzles, herbalism/plant medicine, and game shows!
